and what else, dazzlenation?..."blue stockings" replies BI online....LOL...well, 'that one' is coming from a left field, isn't it?...a reference to 'sue-the homelessness-manager' at the local council perhaps?...I still see her, now and then - whilst walking down the high street to Sainsbury's...oh and there was a woman in Sainsbury's in 'blue stockings' this morning, too...but not 'blue stocking' as in 'Oxbridge type'...more of a 'trophy wife' number...shiny blue shoes....dressed up to the nines - make-up put on with a trowel...certainly turned heads...made me think....hey, pat - you could walk in here and do your 'joan collins' act...evening dress, furs and diamonds...that would bring the whole supermarket, to a standstill...LOL.......go figure:
