...in conclusion, dazzlenation...these people can certainly make mountains out of a molehills....only two minor repairs and look at how much trouble I have had to take...in order to get anything 'in writing' and simply to protect myself from 'bogus callers' etc etc....it's really quite disgusting, isn't it?

anyway, they might be minor 'wear and tear' repair jobs but if either are left for a significant amount of time...well, I wouldn't want this flat to be flooded, would I?...as it goes.
