and how did I come across the name 'jane marley'?...easy - I had another of those 'begging letters' LOL...see previous notes upon cervical screening etc etc....and upon the envelope were the initials ESCU...otherwise known as 'electronic surveillance communications unit'...anyway, I then had a look for the above, in relation to the NHS upon google...to then find the following document in which the name 'jane marley' cropped up...I then remembered younger pointing it out to McGowan and wondered 'why'....

anyway, as far as I can see...the area that you are currently investigating is a crossover between MI6 and the NHS...a rather 'grey' area....oh and that pisstake of the entrance test for MI6 is a real 'hoot'...despite the fact that you've got a parrot jumping through the hoops, as it were...go figure:
