stranger and stranger....who is pissing around then? you see - that photo dated back to when I was 9 years' old....little colin was to show it to me...at 14 st bernards road....see previous notes upon 'chasing me through windows' around the ground floor....that 'cathy and heathcliff' number....and that would make the year 1972....and not 1997....
CF would have been about 7...and he looks about 7 (not 13) in that photo - doesn't he? I can remember laughing about how the lighting in those booths (there was a strikingly bright orange curtain behind the dull blue one - you could choose which one as a background) sometimes made your hair look reddish...he didn't have red hair, at the time...but maybe his mother had dyed it at some point...whilst in the business of moving him around...keeping him safe....or perhaps he had been made to take part in an ill cult show? the ill had dyed my hair 'red' twice....a copper-colour when I was about 4 or younger...we have photos to prove 'that one'...you can see it 'growing out'....and then a deep red chestnut brown....for my role as 'dorothy' in a Michael Richardson's gang production of 'the wizard of oz'...see previous notes. Come to think of it...that photo is a bit 'dorothy' isn't it? just attach a couple of pigtail extensions...
and there's more....my mother had greying hair by that point...white on top but very dark hair below.... and I can remember little colin looking at her, in a way that suggested.....seriously, I'm not joking around here....I could read him like a book...in fact, as far as I can remember...he had then said "toto" - for his mother to give him a warning signal...a 'bin-go' signal...go figure:

what else? i can remember mark vizard joking about himself and CF..."we're the milk carton kids"...in his shared flat (with sonia) in hotelu asystencki, katowice....and i was puzzled...surely we had milk bottles, in those days?...anyway, is it possible that vizard had been the other missing child? i do not know...all i know is that vizard knew about the whole thing....and he appeared to know CF well...at the time, i was to put down their 'firm friendship' to being irish, in a foreign country (apparently they had only just met - in warsaw)...but perhaps they really had known each other 'that well' and for 'that long'?
...what else? well....it's an odd one but anyway, i was to think about Chelmsley Wood...we used to pronounce it 'chelmsee'...chelm-see-wood...and then chelmer housing partnership....because i could 'see' something happening upon the networks....those at CHP 'waking up', for example...go figure....
