oh and I still can't remember what MI5 toby's first language was...but seeing as Tomlinson was his brother...and Tomlinson could speak both Turkish and greek...in 1979...see previous notes upon that 'coachtrip to greece'...I would  guess that toby was to learn a mixture....because I can remember now - toby at the prague DTO...he immediately knew what a certain greek word, meant...modern greek...that Sylvia wood used to often say..."because nobody knows what it means"....go figure....and when asked how he knew that word...he replied that he had done greek at school...but not modern greek, eh?
