let's have a look at TCL then...you see I was wondering why CHP hadn't contracted in a local firm...surely there are enough painters and decorators around the Chelmsford/Colchester/Clacton area.....and so why give the contract to a firm in London?.....UNIT 8, ORIENT INDUSTRIAL PARK, 22-24 SIMMONDS ROAD, LEYTON, LONDON, E10 7DE...go figure.
