number 1 is the 'plug' keeping the battery flap door shut.

number 2 is the battery flap door.

 

you cannot get that plug out...until you have managed to lever out 'three plastic brackets' keeping it in place....and I do not think that I should be made to do that by CHP - do you? considering the fact, that the whole fucking thing is 'live' and still connected to the MAINS in this building...go figure:

 

the main point here is that if I were an electrician and I had the keys to the 'main electricity' room upon the ground floor of belle court, which is kept locked, I might add...then I would be able to let myself in...to then try and work out 'what to switch off' so that I would be in no danger of being electrocuted if I tried to pull that damn plug out....

 

you see it is a bit like trying to change a light bulb whilst the light is still on...you can do it without getting electrocuted but there again you might not be so lucky...it depends upon the electricity current going through the circuit/ through the building at that point in time...and of course you know that the ill have tampered with everything in this building...go figure...
