let me see...I have to 'present' as being diplomatic in this idiotic struggle between the ill cult and myself....or else they will attempt to say that I am being 'un-cooperative' etc etc.....

....and so I will send them an email along the lines of the following:


Dear CHP,

'Lee' rang from Chelmer Housing Partnership yesterday 29/02/2016 about the kitchen mixer tap, and asked me to call back.

However, before the issue of the 'kitchen mixer tap' is addressed - i would like to point out that the water in the boiler of my flat 2, belle court - is about to run low i.e. below the mark. Please see photo attached.

The boiler will need a top-up, in the near future - and therefore could I possibly request an apointment with a plumber - to top-up the boiler? - and after the plumber has done that - he could have a look at the kitchen mixer tap as well as a radiator temperature valve (see previous emails) in order to assess the situation i.e. whether or not I have to pay for the replacement of either and if so - how much it will cost because I would like a quote in writing, beforehand - and for both, if necessary.
