....and what's new this saturday evening, dazzlenation?...let me backtrack to this morning, firstly the bins room lock is completely broken....either a design fault or somebody has managed to etc etc....anyway, the lock slips out of its holder...to leave an empty hole....and even if you hold it in place - the key won't turn the lock, to open the door, at all...."the doors are firmly locked" replies BI online....and so you know who did it, then...how very annoying....because now, as per usual....the bin bags pile up outside and the gulls proceed to peck them open....the surrounding area was a mess, already - this morning....heaven only knows what it will be like tomorrow....and what else?....well, you're on 'stairs'....hmmm....and as i was walking back up the stairs...i remembered what tomlinson had once told me...we were outside of the building and he had pointed to the far left - telling me that he had an office, there....now he had actually been pointing to left of the stairwell area...but the interesting point, here is this....the area of the stairwell doesn't cover the entire area of the end of the block...there are the two bins rooms upon the ground floor...and above them?...well, for example....whilst flat 1 was being renovated....the CHP operative invited me to have a look around....in short, there appears to be an area/space at the end of the building which is not covered by the flats, let us say....obviously not occupied by flat 4 upon the first floor - either because the stairwell prevents it etc etc...'spandrel', anybody?.....go figure:
