....and yes, dazzlenation....i can understand the following....only too well....see previous notes upon that 'impressionist' painting, that i had painted....from a photo.....taken of the junction between oakcroft road and st austell road....with that red pillar box, roughly central - middle-of-field....the pillar box that we had all been locked in, at some point - as small children - late 60s....additionally, the photo had what i used to call 'the druid's house' in the background.....'the old knoll' in point of fact, where so much had gone on...in terms of all sorts of programming.....'strange change machine' anybody?

and so in retrospect - when somebody begins to paint 'haunting' scenes....you begin to wonder what they are haunted by and 'why'.
