....and what else, dazzlenation?..well, remember that book about mr putin...the one that had quite a few interviews with his ex-wife....who had likened him to a 'vampire'....lol....she had also recounted what she was to call a funny story about 'the early days' - how he used to keep all of the family money, in a suitcase under the bed...in their dacha....their wooden-house-in-the-country which then caught fire...they were to return one evening, to a blazing fire...he ran back in...retrieved the suitcase....ended up naked, dangling from a sheet, out of their bedroom window, in that burning house....something like that...oh and i can remember mcdonald in the CIA lab, commenting drily that the whole thing might not have happened...hmmm....he was online, at the time...lyudmilla might have been covertly talking about something else?...anyway, that dates the whole thing to when i was living in ipswich....2001...oh and the book also included a translation of mr putin's economics thesis, at the back...what was the name of that book again and is it still available? etc etc...anyway, that's what your photo reminds me of...along with 'something else' that might or might not have happened in china...and yes, i sense that you are conflating east with west but i do not know 'why' as yet...something around what happens in royal palaces, now and then?....go figure:
