and what page is Andrew on, this evening - then?...a long debate on 'call centres'....hmmm...my own feeling about MY3 is that they are doing some very underhand 'marketing'....trying to push customers off of the 'pay as you go' and into binding contracts etc etc....therefore when the site has 'problems' allegedly...it is really just a ruse etc etc....oh and the call centre staff with the 'headsets' will have no idea how and why the customer base is being mucked around....from what I could gather...having been on 'live chat' with a couple of them....go figure.
