.......and so, to remedy the situation...I was to resort to 'livechat' again - who were then to tell me that they have sent another email...however, it still hasn't turned up....oh and yahoo appears to have 'turned up' the radiation - every time that I visit my email accounts at yahoomail...yes, my head is starting to look like a belisha beacon, every time that the laptop starts to make that 'whirring sound' etc etc...you can almost feel the 'heat' off of the machine...oh and the programs that are now kicking in - will deal with those behind 'that one'....go figure.
