...a few more things to add....firstly, alister's group was to 'catch the spark' of my group's enthusiasm for montage, let us say...and one of his little boys...was to produce a small composition....which alister was to say wasn't good enough for his poster design...I advised alister to include it...by blowing it up on the photocopier...to then make it 'the shadow' of the whole image....meaning = it was 'in the background' and therefore not something that you focussed on immediately - as you did the other components of the image....so that the child wouldn't feel left out or belittled....but also because I had an inkling that this child knew 'something' that the rest didn't...an FBI number....'there is as much truth in darkness as in light'...therefore make it the shadow...because...metaphorically speaking, that kid might just lead you out of the RAF hangar etc etc....past the industrial 'ra cult' light etc etc....go figure.
