...my flat 3 neighbours have just called...apparently they haven't got any water...she was to tell me that she had had a look and 'twisted the dial' to see if that had been the problem but it wasn't...and she didn't know who to phone...she then asked me for CHP's number...not that they'll be able to do anything but I suppose that it is worth a try...anyway, she'll tell me what they have to say etc etc...go figure.
