...oh and it is a 'health hazard' as well, of course...nobody will be able to flush the loo etc etc...and I am assuming that it has affected the whole block and not just my flat...because the ill wouldn't dare to only target my flat - would they?...a bit too 'obvious' I would have thought...oh and seeing as I have just paid off a massive waterbill and 'on time' I might add...isn't it all so pathetic?

anyway, it is 20.25 now and still no running water, in this flat....go figure.
