along with that ludicrous list of 'approved certifiers'...which had once been upon roz's computer in the CIA lab, in green tower....remember - SC used to 'do' quite a few banking scams, whilst in that lab....oh and 'green tower' had been over-run by Norwegian intelligence....go figure:
