oh and after all of that palaver...telling you how to send your documents off via 'jumio' or in that secondclass mail envelope....on a backpage and in small type...at the bottom of the page...we have the following...and yes, the ill had figured that the local banking staff would be as fooled as I had been, at first - regarding that wymondham letter and enclosed envelope...which could only further their cause....go figure:

 

and if I had a webcam and a scanner....hmmm...now why would I need a webcam?...to send photocopies/scans of documents?
