.....let me see....after watching a fire engine with sirens blaring, go down the road - this morning...i was put in mind, again...as to sending CHP an email....although i am loathe to contact them, nowadays....see previous notes upon 'inviting the ill cult in' and all that, entails....besides, this block was originally all part of an MI6 drive....see previous notes upon MI6 john and tracey-from-GCHQ....police-protected too, i might add....and yet all we have is one locked cupboard, called a 'dry riser' next to the stairs and no sprinklers anywhere, in the building....no fire-escape and only one staircase/exit out of the building and for all of the flats.
...the 'dry riser' cupboard, is locked - i might add - after a spot of vandalism, quite some time ago now....presumably the 'dry rise' cupboard contains a water-tap of sorts...you can see a vertical pipe and a tap, through the glass....the cupboard used to contain a hose...nowadays, it doesn't....and so if there were a fire 'on the stairs' never mind anywhere else in the building i.e. one or more of the flats....then you would have to have the key, in order to unlock that cupboard....presumably the fire brigade have such a key....but if there were too many fires to cope with, that day - in clacton...then the 'dry riser' in this building, will be inaccessible, in the event of a fire (oh and that locked-up-in-a-cupboard 'water-tap-by-the-stairs' would not be much use to anybody without a hose) and that could spell absolute disaster....if not catastrophe....a death toll etc etc....anyway, i am really sick of all of this....belle court is run by 'intelligence' as well as the police and nobody has seen fit to do anything about it....to whit, they are all sitting on their hands and just waiting for a catastrophe to happen....and so they will all be 'culpable' according to law....go figure.

perhaps i should word my email to CHP, with a somewhat ambiguous but also slightly sarcastic tone...."sarcasm never works" replies MI5 ONLINE...it never works - what...as a shaming device?....the 'no shame no blame' group involved, of....let me guess...pretend-to-be-well-meaning-idiots?

anyway, if my information is correct - gill had had a flat in grenfell towers and he is now in a much better 'residence' - courtesy of the government - pulled up by its boot straps....which was to make me think hard about what had happened to belle court, so many years ago - now....was the whole point, to 'get' gill and i?...gill being the more important out of the two of us?....and so not the 'social services' building, necessarily....however that doesn't mean that the ill won't still 'have a go' at belle court...."their plan b"....go figure.

...and so i might send an email to CHP along the lines of:

"Dear CHP...in  view of recent government guidelines - when will CHP be putting sprinklers into belle court?"

.....however i do not think that the above, would  be a good idea....and for quite a few reasons....see above....i mean to say - belle court building is monitored by 'intelligence' and it is 'police-protected' and if the combined services of BI and the british police cannot get their act together, in order to make this building, safe - without being 'invited in'/prompted to do so....and they all read my blog, i might add....well, what's the point, eh?....and you might ask in view of those put in charge of this block....what sort of 'vegetable/mineral' etc etc...am i dealing with here, then?

OTHER NOTES:

BI ONLINE were to tell me that a 'doctor who' scenario had been mooted for the next series of 'harry potter' spin-offs from warner brothers....and so the follow-up scripts are not 'set in stone' as yet?

i was to reply that it seemed like a good idea....if the actor, playing 'percival graves' doesn't want to do more than one film (is that what johnny depp has had written into his contract as an 'option'?)...anyway, with a 'doctor who' type of scenario....you could have almost endless spin-offs....with percival graves reincarnating at the end of every movie....culminating in "DUMBLEDORE! i knew it was you all along"...the shock ending...to a whole series of 'timetravel'-meets-THE TWILIGHT ZONE spin-offs....and yes i know that the original 'DUMBLEDORE' actor RICHARD HARRIS is dead (are we coming full circle, here? remember - harris had figured that he was CF's real dad, for a while - in the 60s)....anyway, i would suggest somebody like de niro, for the role of dumbledore, if he is interested (because they would never cast gill as a 'holliday god-on-his-desk' would they?)....along with tempting scorsese in, to direct - a bit of a RAGING BULL number....which would give a bit of 'class' to what has been a rather lacklustre 'harry-potter-in-the-movies' event, as far as i am concerned....regarding the 'real story'....that my original writings had once covered - 'in fairytale language', that is....go figure.

OTHER NOTES:

...what else? well, somebody in 'driving glasses' was to point out the CLEMENTINES in 'orange nets'....in M&S, this morning...the photograph upon the plastic packaging, shows a 'lemon yellow' clementine fruit....and yet, as 'mr driving glasses' was to tell me....the orange net....made the clementines inside, look 'orange'....how deceptive....and how clever, eh?....anyway, according to 'mr driving glasses'...M&S clementines are the sweetest of the lot, on sale....and also seedless....hmmm...i can remember 'working that one out' some time, ago - now....in relation to the difference between what sainsbury's has on offer....versus what M&S has on offer, in the way of 'tiny oranges'..."i'll only them at M&S now" i had figured - and i won't buy satsumas again, from either shop....go figure.

oh and see previous notes upon 'oh my darling clementine' programming of the templars....go figure.

what else?...whilst having a walk down the seafront....a couple were to stop, to have a chat about a certain wild flower....that i had just taken a photo of....apparently a 'wild geranium'....well, i would never have known....additionally, the woman's husband was to ask me "how many flowers are there, upon that bush?"...i replied "well, now you're testing me" with a jokey 'warning note' to my voice....as i walked away....he then beckoned to his wife and asked her....whilst pointing at a flock of seagulls upon the beach...."which one do you want to eat - for dinner, then?"...she laughed - so did i....and what can i say but that i was to have a certain sense of deja vu about the whole thing....clue-setting, so many years ago now?...go figure.

...what else? well, not that you'd know it....but today seemed to be a 'donald trump day' in the flat, today....and that was, specifically because of....and in relation to.....some furniture on sale, in front of the 'CODGERS OF CLACTON' shop...upon west avenue.
...the 'old codgers'?...and i wonder now...who had really been in control of 'ken doll' eh - gill?

...what else? well an 'old friend' you might say....'the girl with the flower in her hair'...one of gill's...part of scarlett's duo - who had busted that 'theremin device' HQ in germany - see previous notes....anyway, the one who had turned up at 'H house' in totnes circa 1987/8....who was then to turn up at a certain recruitment agency, in ipswich - whilst working for rimington/MI5....see previous notes....well, today she had her 'groovy pen' on her M&S till....with which she was to draw a circle (with a tail inside of it) upon a voucher....and then another one....using what i was to call her "groovy pen"....we then laughed (remember 'zork' and the russian 'grue-v' reference?)....the pen was of a light purple colour, plastic body - shaped like an umbrella - with a 'large hook' at the top....a bit 'mary poppins'?
