....hmmm...let me backtrack here...as soon as mrs fishwick had found my mother a suitable cottage to rent in east bergholt (within her price range)....uncle bobby clayton was to move in...despite being a millionaire and having at least 2 other residences, in Suffolk....isn't that odd?....more to the point....remember grandpa clayton's shop in Ipswich?....it was primarily a sports shop....but he also used to cater for the 'hunting shooting fishing' brigade and so he always had a few rifles, ammunition...that sort of thing.....around the shop....see previous notes upon the 'fenmen' coming in once a year, to stock up etc etc....and so what had Geldof been trying to remember at that barefoot garden party? I would guess that he had had a brush with the eley family...and yes, they had been invited....I can remember my mother telling me that their young son was called 'cuthbert'....go figure.
