'Hannah houghton' eh? what a name to conjure with - see previous notes upon the Houghton GP practice in Shirley, solihull....the out of hours staff at the weekend were to tell me that they would contact the 'day staff'....I was to query them upon that one...'day staff'...surely they had meant to say weekday staff...no, I was corrected upon 'that one'..."DAY TEAM"....

oh and I might addd that 'hannah' was to deliberately mispronounce her surname...."HOWSON"...go figure....dr day and the Houghton family, eh?
