anyway, as far as I can remember...that 'Edinburgh festival' postcard had been written some time ago now...my parents were then told that they wouldn't be in Edinburgh to post it...the next time around...go figure...

what else? well CLICK certainly didn't make me want to make contact with any of my family, I can tell you...I have done the 'decent thing' by sending a polite and pleasant email to my parents' email addresses (after I had received that postcard)...and so far they have not yet responded...how long ago was that, now? let me check me back...only 10 days ago...nothing to worry about...and besides I was to take that friendly manningtree policeman's advice, seriously (the one who gave me a lift to the railway station) - about contacting them in person - in manningtree - quite a few years back now...see previous notes upon 'that one'...
