well AFFINITY WATER sent me a brochure...which contains a link for water saving devices...something that you can fit to your toilet? go figure....the last plumber to fix the 'flush' was to say that there had been a manufacturing fault...and that the 'water saving device' wouldn't work...too true - it doesn't....
