I 'sense' an ill cult joke of sorts, going on here...in relation to that supposed 'gas leak'...and explosion - within the same area...go figure...
why 'eradicated'?...the 'blaze-on'?
are you sure that it was gas? the reason I ask is that you can find a 'sound library' in the vicinity....

okay it was most likely to be gas...and the very idea of a gas explosion... was to remind me of belle court...and those repeated attempts to blow the building up...culminating in somebody exposing all of those 'leads up the building'...at the end of the cage room....see previous notes and photos...leads up the centre of the building....go figure....in relation to that 'paris building explosion'....half of the building blown away...
......that sound library...the ill had used it, hadn't they? best investigate...in case they have left any equipment/devices there...although as far as I can track and trace...they had removed all evidence...however you might have old cctv of them visiting the sound library....
anyawy, and so where would their equipment be? normally they use church spires...so the SULPICE would be the place to start, I suppose....

I am now 'sensing' that the above image...was a reminder of O PARINOR...and where would the equipment be there? having scanned for further information...one of scarlett's aides was to point to this location upon the above 'design'....and for some reason, it linked to a map of O PARINOR...go figure:
the person whom I scanned...wasn't sure of the exact location and neither was...the man who was talking to....they were sure that the equipment was in O PARINOR though...
and upon another scan....'a little bird' appears to think that the 'blue knot' where the equipment is...is located here:
