...anyway, what else? that NHS letter...I will send them an email - stating that I will not be attending....see previous notes...

Let me see....why does that letter have an FCO number at the top of it?

the FCO normally means 'the foreign office' although in this context - it shouldn't do - should it?

why on earth would the FCO as in 'foreign office' be involved by implication....with an NHS breast-screening drive?
