...what else? well this sunday evening in Clacton...there was an electrical storm...thunder-rolls in the distance...but hardly any rain at all...oh and an early lightning strike was of a 'white ring' in the sky...rather unusual, I would have thought... the sheet lightning was also interesting...in terms of tonal values...a light gold tinge to one localised materialisation (north easterly direction - probably more over Walton on the naze - the time difference between the thunder and the lightning was really long)...in the shape of a sort of large falling drop of water...followed later on...by a 'sheet flash' of white-tinged-green....within the same sort of direction/area...go figure...anyway, I thought about filming it all upon my camera...but didn't bother...too infrequent to sit around with a camera on...wasting the battery time...

oh and the white/green-tinged flash was to make me laugh...'have the northern lights come to clacton'? I wondered...see previous notes upon pewdie in Thurrock...
