...and so what am I going to do about this DLC threat?

first of all I am going to handle it myself...I will send off an email to DLC today...

you see, having read the following webpage....I realise that the most important thing of all - is to ascertain the veracity of the letter, in the first place...which CABOT claims that they will do - if you contact them.

...and then if it turns out that the letter is bona fide...I will tell my father to pay the debt off - see previous notes.

here is the email text that I will send to the above email address:

Cabot Credit Management,
According to your website:
"If you have reason to doubt the veracity of any communication from the Cabot Credit Management Group please contact cabotpr@cabotcreditmanagement.com who will be able to confirm authenticity."

I was to receive a letter from a certain 'jenny sammons' from DLC - reference: 1001760975 upon April the 1st, 2016 - and I have reason to doubt the veracity of the letter - could you confirm whether or not her letter is a bona fide one - it was apparently sent upon the 28th of march 2016 - and it is apparently from DLC.
Kind regards
