....this Saturday morning...I'm going to send an email to T BROWN about 'you know what' see previous notes....along the following lines:

Dear T BROWN,

Yesterday (04/03/2016) i rang to book a plumber's appointment - 'leanne' was to tell me that a morning appointment was available (8-1pm) upon this coming tuesday, the 8th of march.

Unfortunately she was unable to confirm the above booking, by email - because apparently she had to gain the consent of her 'team' before doing so - additionally she was unable to tell me the name of the plumber, involved.

Now, CHP (as well as the police and other interested parties) have notified tenants to ask for a name - beforehand, in relation to service people who come to the door - and as a vulnerable person I would not feel 'safe' if I did not have confirmation by email of the above booking and the name of the plumber, beforehand.

Therefore could you possibly confirm in writing, via email - the above booking and name of the T BROWN plumber before the 08/03/2016 booking - or arrange for another time/date for that booking - at which point in time, T BROWN would be able to supply the necessary information via email, beforehand?
