...an unknown caller and a left message on my mobile....2.39pm....having listened to the message...it is from CHP but no name given...somebody who wants me to phone....0300 555 0500....CHP are making it very clear, that they do not want to reply in writing to my requests....what else can I say or do? I have made it quite plain...and exposed the whole 'horrorshow'....nothing more I can do...therefore I will phone them tomorrow and book a plumber appointment to address the 'low pressure' problem with the boiler....

the caller was to spell it out for me...as if I didn't know how to work an automated telephone system (perhaps she had had difficulties with operating one, in the past?)....

heating option 1 for 'low pressure' boiler

repairs option 2 for the kitchen tap....

in point of fact, during the left message...she was to apologise and say that she would have to look it up on her manual...what 'option 2' was....etc etc..."somebody new on the job" replies BI ONLINE...sounded like it, didn't it?
