....what else? well I was to ring up T BROWN this morning, to book a plumbing appointment, to top-up the boiler on Tuesday the 8th of march 2016....8am-1pm.....the customer service person was called 'LEANNE'....initially she was to say 'isleanne'...and I was to reply that the name was unusual....anyway, the 'is' was to remind me of something else....something about that car parked in front of the pier....BI were then online to say "lisette - scarlett's woman"....go figure....
well, anyway, Leanne was to tell me that T BROWN didn't send out confirmation emails....confirmation of bookings....and nor did she know the name of the plumber....I told her that it was really quite important to have confirmation by email...she then replied that she would have to ask her team....and what could I do but leave it open? no confirmation....she was to tell me that the telephone call was 'confirmation enough'...and no name of the plumber in question....
T BROWN have not replied via email as yet...and so on Saturday morning, I will send them an email - requesting confirmation and also the name of the plumber....T BROWN are still playing up, aren't they? CHP had told residents to ask for a name etc in order to ensure their safety/security....go figure.
