pier avenue entertainments parade...the man in the blue car was using an electronic device that looked a bit like a cross between 'those black orchid clips' and a camera...he switched it on - a light came on...as I was walking by his car...he appeared to be filming something beyond that lorry parked in front...
anyway I continued walking to then realise that something was up...so I returned to take a couple of shots...the second one 'failed':
