gas lamps....how romantic....but also how 'jack the ripper'...and if I dig a bit deeper...see previous notes upon great aunt Colette's photography...which was stolen by the ill and given to one of their obedient slaves...'the lighting of the gas lamps' and 'the fire in your eyes which keeps you alive' and not a 'deadhead drone' etc etc....
