'kelly' services and BT were working on something, today...in this building...which included doing 'something with a large electronic box' in the electricity room, within belle court foyer...and for some reason - that 'open box' was to remind me of the 'general area' of 'distillery wharf' in Fulham...

 

...additionally, the corridor light was very dim, this morning...and the other 'communal area' moon lights were all 'green' as in a tiny green light...they weren't functioning properly, basically....and this evening? there is no light functioning at all...in this corridor...on the first floor...so whatever the men were supposed to fix...they haven't done so...
