a little bird tipped me off to the 'exchange' going on upon the stairs in relation to:
"he's got a lie-on's tail"
and the exchange upon the stairs? something around 'yes it is - it keeps me fit, man'....to the reply 'but it's not really yoga, is it colin'....go figure:
