I am having difficulty in deciding what I have been tracking and tracing today...firstly the grey man's flat and that 'old man of the sea' MI6 signal...the whole 'dalek/telecommunications tower' biznez...which I was to avoid...by cycling the other way, this morning...

 

the 'seaweedy effect' in the righthand window...
