....and what else, dazzlenation?..well, would you believe it...without me having contacted them and requested another appointment....which is what the ophthalmology admin staff had told me 'on the phone' and upon the 17th of april - having cancelled my former appointment...that i would have to contact them within 10 weeks, in order to be able to get a new appointment....let me check the diary.....26th of june....nota bene and so that appointment booking should have expired upon that date...the 26th of june i.e. 10 weeks later and so why have i just received a letter upon the 15th of july - with a new apointment booked?..."hytner" replies BI online...oh dear, another 'crompton' job?.....and so anyway, i now have to ring up and cancel again etc etc....oh and the new appointment date with 'mr v bansal' at the ophthalmology clinic, clacton hospital - is apparently on 14.30 tuesday 22nd of august 2023.
