.....and now back to 'this one', again - dazzlenation....and yes, as far as i can remember - emet had showed me the following - with an eye to etc etc..."a booby trap" replies BI online....anyway, having opened that HSBC pack - i was to find out that it had been tampered with i.e. the plastic coating had been removed and then somebody had attempted to stick it back on....hmmm....nota bene the 'ophthalmology' letter had been sent to the wrong address and had N/A upon the front of it, which didn't bode well - seeing as both had arrived at the same time...."criminal offence" replies BI online....anyway, seeing as it was only a one-time-password, no harm done - as far as i can see....additionally, it is a useless gadget because you cannot plug it in, like a dongle...hence the lost connection, so many times etc etc - apparently battery operated and so how long will that last, eh?....see previous post....go figure:

oh and the worst thing of all, dazzlenation...is that i was told by an HSBC operative on the phone - that the only HSBC branch near to my home address, authorised to keep a 'secure key' for me - instead of sending it by post to my home - is the colchester branch.....apparently the clacton branch is only a 'cash' number.....as it goes, eh?
