....and yes, let me see - dazzlenation...that O2 ad has particular pertinence to my situation regarding 'tardiness', let us say....lol...and that is because the gist of the ad, appears to be that O2 are quick to help and in more ways that one....and in a second...'bursting' out etc etc......hardly my experience - regarding getting a PAC code but there you go...dragging their feet....which is so very annoying, that if my next service provider gives what they promise in terms of coverage etc etc...then, i certainly won't  be going back to O2...annoying your customer base is NOT the way to go etc etc....because they may never come back and it all adds up to bad publicity etc etc...anyway, i could rant about 'that one' for some while but my main concern, with this ad....runs along the following lines...that "not now" scene, for example - including a woman who looks like an actress and not like a doctor or nurse....i mean to say - if i were pregnant, watching the following...and my doctor looked like a comedienne...a bit of a 'clown' perhaps...hmm....not a good ad, let's just put it that way..."what if she pressed the wrong button" replies BI online...exactly that....go figure:

anyway, if we're on 'clowns' and 'actresses' within the NHS, as a theme this evening - then have i got something for you!....more laughter....in short, after having opted out of 'national data' - and sent ranworth surgery a reminder of 'that one'....i was to receive a letter from dr Qurban.....regarding an invitation to join a certain study run by the university of southampton......hmmm....remember how the MOD breezes through a certain head office, in that surgery?...a scan has revealed footage of qurban taking a phonecall "i'll do it but i don't like it" before sending the letters out to a 'randomly' selected group of patients...run by a couple of 'dead-brains' (paul little 'n' lucy yardley) who are hoping to parasite off those with 'creative' brains...and yes, prof 'little' had chosen the title 'recon' as an aside to military manoeuvres, no less...how 'tardy' is that?....go figure:

anyway, as i have said before and repeatedly upon my blog, i might add.....contacting NHS patients who have made it quite clear that they do not want to be included etc etc....is a waste of NHS time and money....the letter is well-written...dr qurban must have taken some time over it...when he could have been seeing patients who really need immediate if not emergency care/appointments....secondly, the leter comprises 5 sheets of high quality paper - not to mention postage costs etc etc....and so i've sent another message to the ranworth surgery....to complain about it all.....what a waste etc etc...along the lines of:

Dear Dr Qurban,
I recently sent a message to the practice (wednesday, may 31st)  - regarding my decision NOT to be included upon national data surveys and the like - via the following national data opt-out online service:
https://www.nhs.uk/your-nhs-data-matters/manage-your-choice/
I then received your letter - which suggests to me that the surgery records need to be updating because I should not have been contacted about joining a study run by the university of southampton.
More to the point, contacting patients who do not wish to be included in such studies is a waste of valuable NHS time and money. Now, whilst i realise that ranworth surgery might well have been
pressurised into doing this - kindly ensure that it does not happen again.
kind regards
Emily Gyde

oh and there's more....somebody's having a laugh down the corridor, of the first floor - belle court....in short, the new resident of flat 1 - has chosen to have a new frontdoor - decked out like the tardis, according to BI online.....lol...you couldn't make this up - could you?
