...and what's new upon the BBC site, dazzlenation?...well, having laughed at 'this one', before....hmmm....it hasn't gone away, as a topic...apparently there is more than one....and depending upon who you believe...quite a few of them and both the US and China, are pointing the finger at each other....and so as i don't have any further information upon it all...i'm going to do a mix 'n' match scenario...along the lines of....'what if...?'...i mean to say - the HSBC stands for hongkong and shanghai - doesn't it etc etc....go figure:
