let's see what wiki has to say on it all....'earmuff convention' anybody?
let me see...and I would guess that the following is what we had really wanted to dig up, dazzlenation...oh and it is related to the deaf young woman at countyweb and that collection of 'amateur' radio witches/graphic designers....see previous notes upon 'all of that'...additionally, a reminder of a 'bad joke' that I was to make to daldry, at the ambassador's party, prague 1995...something around 'thor-god-of-thunder-and-lightning' having a lisp..."I'm thor" etc etc...see previous notes upon rimington, Tomlinson and roz - putting a tin can into a microwave - setting it off and then prancing around screaming "I'm the god of thunder and lightning!" etc etc...the noise was indescribable....nevertheless, there will have been 'method in their madness'...a micro-wave-oven-connection to 'thor', at any rate....go figure:
maclisp, anybody?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maclisp
"Maclisp was an influential Lisp implementation, but is no longer maintained actively. It now runs on PDP-10 emulators and can be used for experimenting with early AI programs."
remember 'William stackpole' at countyweb?...LOL...go figure:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Acorn_Archimedes
and yes, he had 'fancied' himself as Archimedes..."because I am the architect" etc etc...and now I finally 'get' what is going on, here - dazzlenation...you have been picking up on that tangled hotchpotch of stitched together programs (most of which, didn't work) at countyweb....see previous notes upon 'all of that'...as it goes, eh?
oh and the leader of that 'graphics' team had picked the following to represent himself....go figure:
....Sinclair...."it's a sin - that is clear" the technical director was to joke....they then added that pet shop boys song, to the muddle....
