...and what's new this Tuesday evening, then?...well, I was to find that some 'joker' had turned off the electricity in my flat...see previous notes upon 'all of that'...donna says that it is just 'kids' etc etc....anyway, the main problem here - is that the lock is 'dodgy' upon the outside door, to the electricity meter room corridor...and so even if you manage to get the door open...you then have to remember the electricity meter room code for the pad by the interior door to that room, upon the corridor...and lastly - make sure that you don't get locked in...because 'jokers' have been known to lock the outside door, whilst you are inside the electricity meter room...and if you do not have the second keypad code for the stairs (the only other 'exit' from that corridor)...nota bene - a code that wasn't given to belle court residents...then you could be locked in there, for the night....go figure.

anyway, 'luck' was on my side...firstly my flat 4 neighbour came and 'had a go' with the key to the outside door...whilst several young men were coming down that corridor with a fridge/freezer, in order to load it into a van...one of them was to show me how to 'manage' that outside door lock...you have to put the key in and then pull the lock out...wiggle the key a bit before turning....additionally, he 'knew' about the other problem, regarding getting locked in...and without me saying a word...added that I wouldn't want to get locked in...and so placed a binliner of 'stuff' by the outside door in order to prevent it from closing, whilst I was in the electricity room...there is no keyhole upon the interior of that outside door, in order to unlock it and so if it is locked again - you can't let yourself out etc etc...as it goes, eh?
