oh and things just get weirder in this book....because after spotting a fire....sid then alerts 'whoever' to put it out...and guess what has been burning in the kitchen?...a frying pan of sausages....go figure:

 

oh and the odd thing is, you know that elderly couple who like to dress up as a cowboy and cowgirl (amongst other things) around Clacton, heather?...well he was wearing a very similar hat 'around sainsbury's' yesterday morning...as close as he could get, to the image below (upon the far left)....go figure:
