hmmm...and this morning, I had been thinking back to that 'idiot manager' at GCHQ....the one on £120,000 for doing pretty much 'nothing' apart from take credit from ian-the-information-analyst's-work....see previous notes upon scarlett taking me round the premises to have a look at the overall picture...as well as meeting that mathematics/decoding team...and well, the above photo - was to remind me of him....see previous notes.
