...and at 1 minute past midnight.....my kitchen tap was to give out a 'trickle' of water, behind me...and so I figured...'it must be back on'....and yet - having just tried that tap (and for the umpteenth time, this evening, I might add) it wasn't....still 'no water'...isn't that odd, though?
