...what else? well, I was to go to the main Clacton PO this morning...to pick up a new AMAZON parcel...and guess what? 'chris' mum' was in situ.....at number 2....her name tag read 'angela'....

I stood in the queue, thinking 'oh no' sod's law....i'll get her...and sure enough I did....'number 2' rang up upon 'my turn' in the queue.....

...and so having realised that the above would happen...I had already picked up a PO leaflet and begun to read it - as if I had nothing better to do...I motioned the-next-person-in-the-queue to go in front of me...."please do" etc etc....until the next PO desk became available.....go figure.

anyway, I was to have look inside that AMAZON BOX this morning...the face cream looks 'okay'...but how can I tell about the light bulb etc etc...(i.e. it's not easy to 'test out' see previous notes upon how it is so difficult change one of those lightbulbs)...but even so...i'll take a chance and get rid of the box - in terms of 'returns'....oh and even though AMAZON has included a receipt for the goods.....which they hadn't done for the 'whoinshop' handbags.....they have not included a 'return-sticker-if-you-are-not-happy-with-the-goods' which they used to do....about ten years ago, as far as I can remember....go figure.
