yesterday i was shocked to see that after CHP employees had brushed....swept up the entire area around the block.....around BELLE COURT...that the ill had been to work again....either that or 'people leaving their black bags out in the open for the seagulls to pick at'.......anyway, the litter was 'everywhere' again......

anyway, i took photos of the bin room and also the 'back of belle court'.....

to then see, this morning - that all of the rubbish had been cleaned up....almost.......
