as far as i can remember...this was greenie's son referring to HAZEL BLEARS...who come to think of it...bears more than a passing resemblance to how the original CHRISTINE NUTTALL used to look...except a lot fatter....
greenie's son used to say 'flipping' a lot as his main swearword...so i wonder now...'how and why' that word came to be used about 'expenses'?
