there was a lot of noise overhead this morning - from a helicopter....and so i took a few pics....whilst also having a look at those occupying that first floor office in magnet house....it is unusual to see anybody working in there but yesterday and today....there were a few people in there....it's a free country...i can take photos of copters, can't i?

besides this one interested me....i couldn't tell what type because of the angle....the locals around clacton always know...as soon as you go out...they can tell you, on the street if it was a lifeguard one...or a police one...or most worrying of all...an 'unmarked one'....see previous notes upon two having flown over CLACTON, during the summer months....and the army had been worried about the one flying over to FRINTON in particular....


anyway, having had a look at the 'belly' of this copter...i then realised where those like mark r, had found inspiration for 'NASA designs'....and also SOYUZ space stations etc.....
