donna was to tell me yesterday that somebody had scribbled all over the electricity meter room....having not been in there myself for a long time...i simply pay the NPOWER bills without question - estimates or actual bills....i had no idea...donna described it as 'children's scribbling'....rather than graffiti.....
and something is coming back here now around tomlinson calling that room 'the tardis'....
