i was thinking about TVs and remote-controls...after that tv screen had been left outside of belle court...i then flashbacked to the marines circa 2003...and being posed a mundane question....how could you control your kids on winter evenings without a tv set?
i thought about the whole subject and realised that the problem wasn't the monitor or watching dvds/videos...it was watching live transmissions....
watching recorded tv was okay...it was having a transmission beamed into your living room that was the real problem...
i can remember sitting in my flat in manningtree circa 2004/5 and the feeling of depression on dark winter nights...with the remotecontrol in my hand...flicking through the channels....after that i decided to do something about it....so i took up knitting and then painting...played computer games, watched videos and began to 'wake up' - and write up my notes....
by the time that i had got to harwich circa 2007...the tv sat in the corner...i didn't watch live transmissions anymore...i simply used it as a 'monitor' for my video machine below....and by that point in time... i was feeling so much better in myself....'not watching live tv' had produced a massive but subtle change to my mental state...i was happy for once....i had other things to keep me occupied as a single adult...including 'mr tom' who had taken up residence by that point in time...
i remembered what daldry had said about his circle of theatre directors friends...nobody owned a tv and nobody watched it....they 'knew' what it was all about...
my conclusion? it is something to do with LIVE TRANSMISSIONS....cut that one out and you save on a tv licence - but you also regain your health...mentally and physically....i cannot explain it more than that...there is something terrible about 'direct live transmissions' to your home....
i used to feel like a 'slave to the box' sitting there on the settee.....i didn't want to watch it...like you feel stuffed and don't want to eat another cream cake but you 'force' yourself to do so anyway...whilst rationalising the hours spent watching tv in the evenings...'i have to watch the news'...'i need to catch up with this soap because the people at work, watch it'...
having stopped watching it...life is immeasurably better...i watch dvds when i want to and i choose them carefully....i use the internet but never watch 'live transmissions'....
on top of that...i was struck by how similar your average 'couch potato' is to the elite of the ill cult....you see it is a 'couch potato culture'...except that the ill cult elite use their remote-controls to play 'age of empires' with human slaves in 'realtime' upon cctv.....rather than watching 'whatever' broadcast on the bbc or other stations....
israeli intelligence had produced that 'april fool' video about today's culture in the USA...they were of the opinion that even though a lot was made of CHURCHES in the USA....the pentacostal movement etc....well that wasn't actually true of the vast majority.....a couch potato culture with your fried chicken wings/hamburgers beside you....those who when pushed by a skilled tv presenter....would choose 1300s for the death of christ.....and if pushed further....might even believe that jesus had been shot....that is how secular this 'couch potato culture' is....
and just how dangerous this 'RELATIVE CULTURE' of the ill cult has become...at least religion teaches morality...the 'relative culture' of the fabians teaches no morality at all....and they can use it to promote the idea that their 'uber coach potato culture' is 'okay'....they are just a different cult/culture/organisation...and if they want to create 'acts of terrorism' around the world using their remote-controls....organise 'hunts' to hunt down human beings 'for sport'....via their remote-controls and cctv....well who would dare to JUDGE them for it? see J G BALLARD's novels for more upon that one...
